Rollers

With more than ten oxidic and carbidic roller materials for temperatures of up to 2000oC, MTC Haldenwanger offers the best possible roller for every application -- for all atmospheric conditions.

Fused Silica Rollers

Due to their excellent mechanical properties and their special surface quality, our Fused Silica rollers are mainly used in a variety of annealing kilns. Among other things, these kilns produce safety glass for architectural or automotive use.

Halsic

Four exceptional ceramic high performance materials from the material group of Silicon Carbide (SiC). Halsic-R (recrystallised SiC), Halsic-I (silicon infiltrated SiC) and Halsic-S (sintered SiC), and Halsic-RX, an extremely oxidation-resistant SiC-material.
